For standard sea freight FCL/LCL shipments, our MOQ is 500 kg per spice variety. For high-value vanilla planifolia beans, we can dispatch order lots as small as 10 kg via express courier air freight.
Every container shipment includes Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Halal Certificate, Fumigation Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Analysis. Specific lab tests (SGS/Sucofindo) can be scheduled on request.
Yes, we provide complimentary sample packs (up to 500g) for verified corporate spice buyers. The customer only pays the courier shipping fee, which is credited back upon placing the first bulk container order.
We offer FOB (Port of Surabaya) as our primary trade term. CIF and CFR options are available depending on freight rates. Payment is typically structured as Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) 50% deposit and 50% balance upon presentation of Bill of Lading, or Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight.
